Tissu box cover

I bought this beautiful tissu box cover on a market in Athens (Greece).
It is a little gift for my neighbour who watered my plants when we were on the cruise.
Before I gave it to her I took some pics because I think it's easy to copy, perhaps with some
girl's hankies?
