the same for the second piece and pin the batting to the fabric pieces that will show.......

pin the two pieces together on the lines...

leave open.......

cut the fabric all around and let 1/4" sem ....
but cut the batting really to the seam....
attach the seam allowance with some stitches to the batting but just at the opening on top of the dog

turn the doggy inside out....and iron.........

close the opening for turning with small stitches by hand....

turn the lining inside the dog....

stitch the two layers together with small stitches on the opening on top...

draw the ear pattern on one piece of fabric, lay out two pieces right sides together and stitch all around, cut it out, and turn it inside out....

......

and sew them on place by hand..

pin the ears in the two opening on the right and left...

sew two buttons in place for the eyes and make a cord with some beads for the key.

Key-doggy....

Today I sewed this little dogg for my daughter, unfortunately I forgot to make pics of the sewing process. When somebody is interested I will sew it again in the next days and will make pics for you, just let me know!
