Can you see the small cut in the backing? That's the hole I cut to turn the quilt, after turning the hole is fused to the batting. (I will show you photos of this tomorrow.)

I even fuse the sleeve for the bar to the quilt :-)

Later I will fix it with some stitches on the four corners.
